Katalin Indra Hollai

Katalin joined Amrop in Hungary as a Senior Consultant in 2001. She has considerable executive search experience with multinational companies in the fields of retail, FMCG, life sciences and financial services. She cooperates with Amrop’s Life Sciences, Leadership Assessment and Finance Practice Groups.
Katalin regularly leads management audit , leadership assessment and coaching assignments. She is an Executive and Business coach accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation) as Professional Certified Coach.
Katalin is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a Certified Professional Values Analyst for DISC and other personality and psychometric tests. She has accomplished her trainings at Success Insights ® and she is an Accredited Partner of Success Insights CEE.
Katalin has an extensive background in higher education. She was Managing Director of ESSCA Hungary, an affiliate of a leading French business school. She also led the French Dual Awards Program at the College of Foreign Trade, where she was a professor of French. Before joining Amrop Katalin worked for another international executive search firm.
Katalin is a graduate of ELTE University and of the College of Foreign Trade and speaks fluent French and English.
Katalin served as Member of the Board of the Hungarian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 12 years, until April 2015. Katalin is leader of the HR Club of the Chamber.
