What do you think: is good management young and dynamic, or rather more mature and wise?

The attributes of a well-functioning management team are not based on age. The hallmark of a good leader is that he or she has a serious professional foundation and is able to achieve set goals, cooperating continuously with colleagues and partners, managing common efforts in a precise manner. A more mature executive can be just as motivated and committed as their younger counterpart.

They are motivated by prior successes, from which they can gain strength, and progress forward using their experience. In this way, they can achieve even greater successes with their team. Naturally, young and dynamic leaders are an important, decisive element of a good team. Their fresh, outside-the-box ideas and momentum can serve to motivate others as well.
